ClubCo Sports Club Management Platform

A multi-tenant SaaS platform for sports clubs: registrations, memberships, club administration and member communication — built to scale from one club to a federation.

The problem

Sports clubs run on volunteers, spreadsheets and scattered WhatsApp groups. Member records go stale, payments are hard to reconcile, and communication reaches some members some of the time. Federations multiply the problem across every affiliated club.

What CodeSense built

ClubCo — a SaaS club management platform:

  • Member registration and management — online signup, member records, renewals and history.
  • Club administration — roles for club admins, account admins and member admins with module-level access control.
  • Communication — announcements and updates to members via email, WhatsApp and SMS.
  • Multi-club architecture — each club runs in its own secure space on shared infrastructure, ready for federation-level rollout.
  • Reporting — membership, registration and activity reports for committees.

Engineering notes

ClubCo is engineered as a true SaaS platform on Blazor Server and ASP.NET Core with MS SQL — tenant isolation in the data layer, role-based access throughout, and a reporting API for operational documents. Event and competition workflows are an active expansion of the platform.

The result

Club administration that survives committee handovers: permanent member records, controlled access, reliable communication — and a platform that grows from a single club to a national sports community.
